Job Summary
Talladega College seeks academically qualified and experienced adjunct instructors for teaching opportunities with Talladega College.

Responsibilities:
  • Teach Nutrition Science course (3 credit hours) by delivering appropriate course content using multiple means of assessment that support student learning. 
  • Demonstrate subject matter expertise in classroom
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Meet college grading deadlines
  • Maintain accurate records of student academic achievement and attendance
  • Available for students outside of class

Qualifications:
M.S. in Nutrition, with at least 18 graduate hours in the teaching discipline.   A commitment to student learning.  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

The history of Talladega College began on November 20, 1865, when two former slaves William Savery and Thomas Tarrant, both of Talladega, met in convention with a group of new freedmen in Mobile, Alabama.
