Responsibilities
Duties include a twelve-hour teaching load, advising, scholarship and service. Responsibilities will also include advising students; serving on departmental and institutional committees; maintaining courses; and developing new courses for the curriculum. Must be able to demonstrate success in the use of technology in teaching.
Qualifications: One (1) position requires a Ph. D/DBA with relevant professional work experience. Two (2) MBA’s are required but an MBA with professional certification will be considered. Also at the Masters level must have relevant professional work experience. Must show interest in teaching online instruction and have a demonstrated commitment to fostering a diverse working and learning environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The history of Talladega College began on November 20, 1865, when two former slaves William Savery and Thomas Tarrant, both of Talladega, met in convention with a group of new freedmen in Mobile, Alabama.
