The Student Health Center is opened Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. It is staffed by a full-time registered nurse who treats minor ailments and injuries. The nurse’s hours and telephone number are posted in each residence hall. When physician services are needed, the nurse will refer students to local physicians for evaluation. The local hospital is used for serious illnesses and accidents.
