Student Health Center

The Student Health Services Center is located on the first floor of Arthur D. Shores Hall. It is staffed by a full-time registered nurse who treats minor ailments and injuries. When physician's services are needed, the nurse will refer students to local medical offices for evaluation.  Citizen's Baptist Medical Center (the local hospital) is used for serious illnesses and accidents.

When a student becomes ill, he/she should notify the Resident Manager, who will contact the nurse or campus police. If it is an emergency, paramedics are called with no hesitation.

All enrolled students at Talladega College are expected to have a medical form on file prior to entering Talladega College.

Throughout the school year, the Health Services Center sponsors wellness workshops in the residence halls to promote the health and well-being of Talladega College students.
