Angela Davis Jarrett serves as Vice President of Claims and Customer Benefit Administration at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, where she oversees a division of more than 600 associates and leads operations related to claims processing, customer benefits, analytics, and quality assurance. She manages a multimillion-dollar operating budget and plays a key role in strategic planning, process improvement, and enhancing the customer experience.
With a career spanning nearly two decades at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alabama, Jarrett has held several leadership roles of increasing responsibility, including Claims Department Manager and Claims Operations Manager. She is recognized for her expertise in operational efficiency, team leadership, and implementing large-scale healthcare initiatives.
Jarrett holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication from University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration from University of Alabama at Birmingham. She is actively engaged in civic and professional organizations, including serving on the board of the Women’s Foundation of Alabama and Red Mountain Theatre.
