Student Representative

Jevon Tatum, a native of Atlanta, Georgia, is a dedicated student and aspiring entrepreneur currently completing his degree in Business Management and Marketing at Talladega College. As a graduating senior, Jevon has distinguished himself as an impactful leader by serving as the Student Government Association (SGA) President and the Student Representative to the Board of Trustees for the past two years.

In his roles at Talladega College, Jevon has spearheaded initiatives such as the establishment of a food pantry and resource center, aimed at providing vital support to students and the local community. His commitment to community engagement is evident in his efforts to inspire and assist local business owners, demonstrating a passion for fostering economic growth and sustainability.

As a co-founder of Movespot, a tech company, and the founder and CEO of Essence Body Products, a health and wellness brand, Jevon embodies the spirit of entrepreneurship. He is dedicated to educating the communities he serves on financial literacy, voter advocacy, and sustainable practices.

Jevon’s ultimate goal is to offer innovative solutions to the pressing challenges faced by his community. He aspires to hold political office to amplify his impact and influence, striving to create lasting change in the lives of those he serves. With a strong vision for the future, Jevon Tatum is poised to become a transformative leader in both business and community development.
