Mr. Smiley serves as Vice President for the Eastern Division of Alabama Power. Prior to this appointment, he worked as the External Affairs manager in the Birmingham Division and served as the company’s director of Economic and Community Development.
He received both his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Business Administration and Public and Private Management from Birmingham-Southern College.
