Maintain and organize the College’s digital media library, ensuring proper archiving, accessibility, and adherence to institutional branding standards.
Assist with the planning and execution of marketing, public relations, enrollment, advancement, and donor engagement initiatives.
Ensure all visual and multimedia materials align with Talladega College’s brand identity, messaging, and quality standards.
Operate and maintain multimedia equipment, including cameras, lighting, audio equipment, drones, and editing systems.
Stay informed regarding emerging trends, technologies, and best practices in multimedia production, digital storytelling, content marketing, and social media engagement.
Support additional communications and multimedia projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Mass Media, Marketing, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
Minimum of two (2) years of professional experience in photography, videography, and multimedia production.
Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, After Effects, Illustrator).
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.
