Albertus Barnes teaches in the MBA and undergraduate programs in Business Administration. Her research interests entail institutional effectiveness in higher education and leadership styles that allow leaders and managers to manage institutions effectively and efficiently. She earned her Doctor of Business Administration with a focus in Management, MBA in Marketing, and an MBA in Health Care Management from Saint Leo University. She also holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management from the University of Phoenix (Charlotte, NC Campus).
Dr. Barnes is an active member of several membership organizations, including the Marketing Management Association (MMA), EDUCAUSE, the Academy of Management (AOM), and the American Marketing Association. She is also a member of the Honor Society (Omega Nu Lambda National Honor Society (Doctor of Business Administration).
