Dr. Emmanuel Okey Ntui

Assistant Professor of Finance and International Business

Dr. Emmanuel Okey Ntui is a globally experienced academic leader, educator, and scholar with over two decades of progressive engagement in higher education, financial management, and strategic program development. He currently serves as Assistant Professor of Finance and International Business at Talladega College, Alabama, where he is committed to fostering a culture of inquiry, innovation, and student success.

Dr. Ntui earned his Ph.D. in Finance from Walden University in Minneapolis, Minnesota, following an MBA/GM from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Statistics from the University of Calabar, Nigeria. His academic journey reflects a deep commitment to interdisciplinary learning, ethical leadership, and global engagement.

Throughout his career, Dr. Ntui has held senior academic roles across the United States, Saudi Arabia, and Africa, including Interim Dean, DBA Mentor/Dissertation Supervisor, and Director of EMBA/MBA programs. He has led curriculum innovation, accreditation compliance, and faculty development initiatives, consistently aligning academic programs with institutional goals and student needs.

His teaching philosophy integrates technology-enhanced instruction, inclusive learning environments, and real-world application of financial principles. Dr. Ntui is passionate about mentoring future professionals and empowering students to become ethical leaders in a global economy.
