Erika Cole an academic advisor and office manager in the Division of Business. She is a 2005 Talladega College graduate with a passion for education. Ms. Cole worked as a mathematics and finance teacher for five years. She holds a B.A. in Marketing, along with an MBA in Human Resource Management from the University of Phoenix in Birmingham. She is also a member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc.
