As a scholar and practitioner in business and industry, Dr. King has served in the fields of banking, retail, and higher education. Dr. King is a 2004 graduate of Wallace Community College Selma, earning the Associate of Applied Science in Business Administration and the Associate of Science degrees. He earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Management from Concordia College, an M.S. in Human Resource Management from Troy University, and a Ph.D. in Management with a concentration in Leadership and Organizational Change from Walden University. Dr. King is a member of the National Society of Human Resource Management, the Academy of Management, the National Society of Leadership and Success, and the Selma Rotary Club.
