Mr. Moses Ngirailab

 Mr. Moses Ngirailab is a seasoned mathematics educator with more than four decades of experience in secondary and postsecondary instruction. He currently serves as a mathematics instructor at Talladega College, where he teaches courses including Precalculus and College Algebra. With a professional foundation rooted in mathematics education and enriched by diverse teaching roles, Mr. Ngirailab brings a student-centered approach to classroom learning. 

Before joining Talladega College in 2018, he served for over two decades at Concordia College in Selma, Alabama, where he taught a broad range of math courses such as Intermediate Algebra, Developmental Math, Calculus I, and Math for Teachers. His teaching also extended to high school programs through Upward Bound and other outreach initiatives, emphasizing Algebra I & II and Precalculus for grades 10–12. 

Mr. Ngirailab’s teaching career also spans roles as assistant principal and coach at Grace English Evangelical Lutheran School in Chicago, where he taught multiple grade levels and led extracurricular programs in basketball, track, volleyball, and bowling. 

His commitment to education is reflected in his innovative efforts to launch web-based math instruction and his dedication to student growth in both academic and athletic domains.
