Dr. Syed Raza is the chair of the graduate program in Computer Science and chair of the undergraduate program in Computer Science. He teaches graduate and undergraduate online courses, and programming, and data structures courses. Dr. Raza is the point of contact for the National Centers of Academic Excellence in Cyber Defense (CAE-DOE).
Dr. Raza holds instructor certificates as an IBM Cybersecurity practitioner and as an IBM artificial intelligence practitioner. He holds professional members in the Information Systems Security Association, ISACA (Information Systems Audit and Control), and ACM (Association for Computing Machinery). He has given several presentations at national conferences and published in the Technology Interface International Journal.
