Talladega College alumna Honorée Fanonne Jeffers to serve as Founders’ Day Convocation speaker

Professor Honorée Fanonne Jeffers, award-winning poet and 1989 graduate of Talladega College, will serve as this year’s Founders’ Day Convocation speaker on Thursday, November 4th at 10 AM in DeForest Chapel. She is the youngest daughter of legendary Talladega professor, Dr. Trellie James Jeffers and the author of six books, including one novel, The Love Songs of W.E.B. TALLADEGA COLLEGE TO HOST RIBBON CUTTING CEREMONY FOR ITS NEW MULTI-PURPOSE FIELD

Talladega College will unveil its new multi-purpose field during a ribbon-cutting ceremony on Friday, November 5th at 1 PM. Che’Isha Johnson invited to present research in Hawaii

Che’Isha Johnson, a junior majoring in Biology in the Ronald E. McNair Program, has been invited to present her research findings during the 2022 Ocean Sciences conference in Honolulu, Hawaii.
