Dr. Ike Ugboaja has joined Talladega College as executive director of workforce and adult learning. In the role, Ugboaja will focus on expanding workforce development and adult learning opportunities, strengthening partnerships with business and industry, and developing programs that meet the needs of employers and today’s workforce.
