Transcript Request

The Office of the Registrar has authorized Parchment to provide online transcript ordering services. Below you will find instructions on how to order your academic transcript.

Official

All Official Transcripts must be ordered online. You will be required to use a bank/debit card or major credit card. Your card will only be charged at time of purchase. Official transcripts are $10 per transcript, and can be sent by email in PDF format or by mail.  Normal processing time is between 2-3 business days. Please allow adequate time for your transcripts to reach the requested destination. Transcripts can be expedited for an additional fee. A transcript ordered will reflect current grades and class enrollment status as of the day on which it was ordered.
 

Account Holds:

Hold for Grades: This is a hold that is placed on the request by the student/requestor. The transcript will not be processed until the final grades for the semester have been published.

Financial Aid Hold: Transcripts will not be released if you have an unresolved issue concerning financial aid. Please contact the Financial Aid Office at finaid@talladega.edu or (256) 761-6237 to have the hold removed from your account.

Business Office Hold: Transcripts will not be released if you have a balance on your account or another unresolved issue with the Business Office. Contact the Business Office at businessoffice@talladega.edu or (256) 761-6224 to have the hold removed from your account.
