Student Center Naming Opportunities

You can leave a legacy and further the mission of Talladega College by pledging your support to our Celebrate the Transformation naming campaign. Our comprehensive selection of naming opportunities allows you to attach your name, or the name of an individual or business you would like to honor, to a designated space in the Dr. Billy C. Hawkins Student Activity Center (above), the new residence hall (right), the Dr. William R. Harvey Museum of Art (right, lower photos), or the new stadium.

The 47,000-square-foot Dr. Billy C. Hawkins Student Activity Center, which opened in August 2020, is replete with a 2,000-seat arena, banquet hall, fitness room, bookstore, dining area, study lounge, computer lab, bookstore and more.  This spacious new facility is named in honor of Talladega College’s 20th President, Dr. Billy C. Hawkins, in recognition his transformative impact upon the College as well as his generous contributions to its wellbeing.  The Dr. Billy C. Hawkins Student Activity Center is the first campus facility to be named in honor of one of the College’s African American presidents.

Contact Mr. Earl Warren at ewarren@talladega.edu to purchase naming rights to spaces in the student center, the museum, the residence hall, or the stadium.
